This morning I only had time for Ab Ripper X. It hurts. But again I did SOMETHING.
Hoping I can keep up with it this time. My friend Gretchen is a big encouragement to me to keep this up.
P90X is a pretty intense workout where you follow the schedule and workout 6-7 days a week for 60 to 90 minutes every day. Since I'm doing most workouts every other day I figure it will take me 180 days to get through all the workouts (thus the P180X).
