Starting Again? Maybe.

Last night I did half of the Legs and Back. I should have started with Shoulders and Back, but my pull up bar is missing - hoping it's just in the attic. Once I get it down I'll get Shoulders and Back done. I only did half the workout because we had a game to go to....but at least I did something. Right?

This morning I only had time for Ab Ripper X. It hurts. But again I did SOMETHING.

Hoping I can keep up with it this time. My friend Gretchen is a big encouragement to me to keep this up.
