But tonight was plyo.  60 minutes of squats and jumping.  It's over.  It sucked.

P90X is a pretty intense workout where you follow the schedule and workout 6-7 days a week for 60 to 90 minutes every day. Since I'm doing most workouts every other day I figure it will take me 180 days to get through all the workouts (thus the P180X).
